Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Since our products are digital credits and not physical goods, there is no return or shipping process. Once credits are delivered to your account, they are considered fully consumed and non-returnable.

Refunds are only applicable in specific cases such as duplicate payments, failed credit delivery due to a technical error, or other verified billing issues.

Additional non-refundable items include:

  • Used or consumed digital credits
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Downloaded or accessed digital services

To complete your refund request, we require a valid proof of purchase such as the transaction ID or payment receipt.

Please do not send any physical returns or correspondence to our business address — all refund requests are handled digitally via email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Duplicate transactions where one set of credits has already been used
  • Technical issues partially affecting service usage
  • Verified payment errors caused by the payment gateway

Refunds

Once your request is received and verified, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced credit purchases may be eligible for a refund. Sale items, discounted credits, or promotional bundles cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

As our services are digital, there are no exchanges. However, if a technical issue prevents you from using your purchased credits, please contact us at support@glowingdark.com, and we will help restore or replace your credits as appropriate.

Gifts

If digital credits were purchased as a gift and linked to your account, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser. Gift credits themselves are non-refundable once redeemed.

Shipping returns

There are no physical products shipped by https://auai.glowingdark.com/. All purchases are digital and delivered instantly to your account. Therefore, there is no shipping or return process applicable.
